Frequently asked rockin' cbd questions

Cannabidiol (CBD) and tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) are two natural compounds found in the cannabis plant. CBD is primarily extracted from hemp, whereas -- it doesn't get you high. The Agriculture Improvement Act of 2018 removed hemp from the
Controlled Substances Act (CSA). To be considered legal, hemp must contain 0.3 percent THC or less.

No. CBD is not psychoactive; it does
NOT produce a psychoactive effect or high that is found in THC.

Our CBD oils are tested to ensure that they contain less than 0.3% THC by volume. This means that you will not experience any psychoactive effects – you will not feel “high.”

Hemp-derived CBD products
(with less than 0.3 percent THC) are legal on the federal level, but are still illegal under some state
laws
. Industrial hemp oil is considered a dietary supplement by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA). Hemp
products are not regulated under the Controlled Substance Act.

Marijuana-derived CBD
products are illegal on the federal level, but are legal under some state laws.

For more information, check the laws of your state. Nonprescription CBD
products are not FDA-approved.

Daily portions of hemp
products do not contain enough THC to register on drug screens or to cause a psychoactive effect, even if products are used daily. Most drug screens focus on delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol (THC), marijuana’s main
active ingredient, and do not screen for CBD (cannabinol) or other legal and natural hemp-based compounds. If you are concerned about drug testing, please consult your medical provider or human resources department.

We recommend you consult with your physician to determine whether CBD-infused products are right for you while pregnant or nursing.

Federal regulations prohibit Rockin’ from stating that CBD products cure, heal, prevent,
or treat any condition or disease. We can say that research
suggests that CBD offers wide-ranging benefits and can be a complementary addition to treatment plans for a variety of symptoms and conditions. Consulting your physician is always prudent.

Information contained on the Rockin’ website has not been evaluated by the FDA and is in no way intended to diagnose
any condition or disease. It is prudent to consult your physician before adding CBD or any supplement to your diet.
