GROWING THE BEAN
Rockin’ Coffee uses the highest quality Arabica coffee
beans cultivated using organic, environmentally
sustainable methods. Rockin’ Coffee selects high-altitude,
shade-loving Arabica beans because they mature more
slowly allowing them to develop a more intense and
sensuous flavor, far surpassing that of its sun-loving
coffee cousins grown at lower altitudes where rainforests
have been decimated to make way for coffee crops.
We use beans from the best coffee producing regions
in the world — including Ethiopia, Indonesian Sumatra,
and Guatemala, where certified organic farmers carefully
monitor the crop, picking the glowing red coffee cherries
at the zenith of ripeness, minimizing insect damage and
enabling us to produce pesticide-free java

best preparation
Give your coffee some love during the brewing process and you're sure to get some love in return. At Rockin', we're partial to the French press. We use 55 grams (four generous tablespoons) of course ground coffee and 32 ounces of cold water. After sitting for a few minutes, we push down the press, and voila, happiness in a cup!
